Subscription and cancellation

Guard+ is offered as a subscription based on the billing frequency displayed at the time of order.

Renewal

Unless an offer is expressly stated as non-renewable, the subscription automatically renews until cancelled. The applicable price and frequency are displayed before payment.

Cancelling your contract

Cancellation prevents future renewals. AfterSentry will confirm receipt of the request and must inform the customer of the end date and the effects of the cancellation on a durable medium within a reasonable timeframe.

Access after cancellation

Unless a contrary legal right or more favorable rule was announced at the time of order, paid access remains available until the end of the already paid period.

Withdrawal

Cancelling a subscription and exercising the right of withdrawal are two different procedures. To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, use Withdraw from the contract here.
