Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the AfterSentry website, the free diagnostic, and the user area, independently of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to paid offers.

Purpose

AfterSentry is a post-purchase protection tool that helps organize information, documents, deadlines, alerts, and next steps. It does not replace a lawyer, an insurer, or the merchant's customer service, and it does not guarantee the receipt of a refund, compensation, or any specific outcome.

Accuracy of Information

The user must provide accurate information and keep the originals of important documents. Data indicated as estimated, probable, or "to be confirmed" should not be considered verified.

Authorized Use

It is forbidden to use AfterSentry to commit fraud, impersonate someone, create false evidence, bypass security measures, infringe on the rights of third parties, or disrupt the service.

Account and Security

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials. They must report any known or suspected unauthorized use without delay.

Availability

AfterSentry may evolve, be maintained, or be temporarily unavailable. Essential paid features remain subject to consumer legal rights and the legal guarantee of conformity where applicable.

Intellectual Property

The brand, interfaces, texts, software, graphic elements, and original content of AfterSentry are protected by applicable rights. No property rights are transferred to the user other than the right to use the service in accordance with the contract.

Third-Party Services

Certain features may depend on third-party services such as Shopify, Supabase, or, if you enable it, Google/Gmail. Their availability and their own terms may affect certain functions.
