AfterSentry is not just another tracker
Post-purchase is fragmented across several types of tools. Some track packages, others store invoices, and others remind you about warranties or subscriptions. These features are useful, but each addresses only one part of the problem.
AfterSentry is designed as a personal post-purchase protection system: it links the evidence, deadlines, signals, actions, and final outcome of the same purchase.
Package tracker
Main question: where is my delivery?
AfterSentry adds: the order continues to be tracked after delivery if a return, refund, warranty, recall, or other deadline still requires action.
Invoice or receipt vault
Main question: where is my proof of purchase?
AfterSentry adds: the proof is not just archived. It remains linked to the purchase timeline, relevant dates, and any steps that may depend on it.
Warranty tracker
Main question: is my product still covered?
AfterSentry adds: the warranty is just one event among many. The same purchase may also have a return window, a refund, a product recall, a delivery to monitor, or an ongoing customer service exchange.
Subscription manager
Main question: which subscriptions are going to renew?
AfterSentry adds: renewals follow the same protection logic as other purchases, with their associated evidence, dates, and actions.
Budgeting app
Main question: how much have I spent?
AfterSentry adds: what matters is not just the amount paid, but what may still happen after payment and what warrants action.
What AfterSentry tracks from start to finish
- Capture: structure the purchase and its important information;
- Protect: keep the evidence with the right purchase;
- Monitor: watch for relevant events;
- Act: prepare the next action when a signal justifies it;
- Verify: confirm the final outcome before counting it as a result.
The real difference: closing the loop
A one-off tool can detect information. AfterSentry seeks to close the loop: detect → understand → document → act → verify.
This is particularly important for refunds. A "refunded" status on the merchant's end does not necessarily mean you have actually received the money. The AfterSentry Verified principle prevents a promise from turning into a fictional saving.
A source-first approach
When consumer rules, merchant policies, or uncertain dates are involved, AfterSentry distinguishes the source, the level of confidence, and the points that still need to be verified. The product is neither an insurer nor a law firm and does not guarantee that you will receive a refund.
No mandatory email account
Protection can start with a document, photo, PDF, screenshot, or manual entry. Email connections remain optional for users who want to automate detection even further.
The category AfterSentry wants to build
After personal budgeting and subscription managers, there is still no place designed to answer this question: "after paying, what else do I need to protect, monitor, or recover?"
That is the place AfterSentry wants to fill: personal post-purchase protection.
