Refund Tracker: Track a refund until the result is verified
An announced refund is not yet money recovered. AfterSentry gathers the confirmation, amount, dates, and useful evidence to distinguish what is simply expected from what has actually been returned.
What the Refund Tracker monitors
- detected refund confirmations;
- the amount and associated merchant;
- useful dates and deadlines;
- available evidence;
- refunds that require verification or follow-up.
Detection is not confirmation
AfterSentry separates what has been detected, what still needs to be verified, and what is confirmed. A potential refund is only counted in Money Recovered once the result is sufficiently verified.
When an action becomes useful
If a situation deserves your attention, it appears with the purchase concerned, the financial impact, the deadline, and the next step.
